Chest Size
A. Go get measured, any dry cleaner, tailor, clothing store will do it for free.
B. Measure largest part of chest.
Length
Suit jackets come in three lengths: Short, Regular and Long.
The length is determined by your body height and it adjusts for the length of your arms and torso.
